Free PPWR Declaration of Conformity template
PPWR applies from 12 August 2026. You get the EU Declaration of Conformity template for packaging, following Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, free of charge.
Alongside the form itself you get filling-in guidance and a note on who draws up and signs the declaration. If you import packaging under your own brand, that is probably you.
