Refund policy

Takes effect when charging opens in the Service; we will publish the exact date alongside activation.

This policy is not yet in force. It takes effect only when paid plans become purchasable in the Skladno app; until then it applies to nobody. Plan prices are not final and are deliberately not stated anywhere.

For transparency: this document was prepared with in-depth AI legal review and has not been reviewed by a licensed lawyer.

This is an English translation of the Croatian original, published at /hr/povrat. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Croatian version prevails.

1. What this policy covers

This policy governs refunds for the paid plans of the Skladno app (app.skladno.eu): the one-time PPWR Start plan and annual subscriptions. Services we provide free of charge involve no payment, so this policy does not apply to them.

The Service is provided by PushPullCode d.o.o., company ID (OIB): 35276425546, info@skladno.eu. Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use. The app-specific terms that govern paid plans are the Application terms of use.

2. Who takes payment and who issues refunds

Paid plans are sold by our authorised reseller and merchant of record Paddle; you enter into the purchase agreement with Paddle, and the exact Paddle legal entity and its terms are shown during checkout and on your invoice. Refunds are executed technically by Paddle, to the payment instrument used, including any applicable VAT. You may address a refund request to us (section 6) or directly to Paddle; decisions on refunds granted under this policy are ours, and we instruct Paddle accordingly.

3. Business use and your statutory rights

The Service is intended exclusively for business users (Terms of Use, article 2). Where you purchase the Service in the course of your registered trade, business or professional activity — which also covers sole traders and other natural persons acting within their activity — you are not a consumer, so consumer rules on withdrawal from distance contracts do not apply; your refund rights are governed by this policy and by mandatory rules of contract law.

If, notwithstanding the business purpose of the Service, you should nevertheless qualify as a consumer in a particular case, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. These include a consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days, subject to the statutory exceptions for digital content and digital services: if performance begins before that period expires at your express request and with your consent, together with your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, that right is lost and you owe a proportionate part of the price for services already performed. Where such declarations are required, we will request them clearly at the point of purchase.

This policy likewise does not affect your rights in respect of defects in performance under applicable law.

4. Our contractual refunds

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following refunds:

First annual subscription. If this is your first subscription to the selected plan, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of being charged, provided you have not made material use of the paid features during that period. Material use means, in particular, creating or downloading a document available only under a paid plan, or any other use of paid features going beyond viewing and trying out the interface.

Subscription renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the paid period; we send a reminder to the account email address before renewal. The guarantee in the preceding paragraph does not apply to renewals. If a renewal has been charged and you have not used the Service since that renewal, contact us — we consider such requests in good faith, case by case.

PPWR Start (one-time purchase). You may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, unless the paid results of that purchase (the documents which are its subject matter) have already been created or downloaded in the meantime — in that case the service has been performed and no refund is granted, subject to the statutory rights in section 3 and the cases in section 5.

5. When we grant a refund regardless of these periods

Regardless of the periods above, we will grant a refund, or a proportionate refund, if the paid features were unavailable to you because of a fault on our side that we did not remedy within a reasonable time after you reported it, or if the same purchase was charged twice in error.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request to info@skladno.eu, preferably from the account email address, together with the transaction number from your Paddle invoice and a short description of the reason. We respond without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days. An approved refund is paid out by Paddle to the original payment instrument; depending on that instrument, the payout generally arrives within five to ten business days of approval.

7. Abuse

We reserve the right to withhold a contractual refund under section 4 in cases of abuse — in particular repeated purchase-and-refund cycles intended to use paid features free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Changes to this policy

Every version of this policy carries an identifier (for example refund-v1-2026-08) and the date from which it applies. Purchases already concluded are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase. We announce changes on this page, and we notify account holders of material changes.
